Dr. Cohen is a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist, Professor of Psychiatry at the Drexel University College of Medicine, and medical director of the Center for Traumatic Stress in Children and Adolescents, Allegheny General Hospital. She has written and lectured extensively on the evaluation and treatment of children exposed to traumatic events. She has conducted several federally funded research projects with regard to symptomology and treatment of traumatized children.

Dr. Mannarino is a professor of psychiatry at the Drexel University College of Medicine and director of the Center for Traumatic Stress in Children and Adolescents and Chairman in the Department of Psychiatry at Allegheny General Hospital. He has been providing clinical services to traumatized children and their families for over 20 years and has been the principal investigator on several federal grants examining the impact and treatment of child sexual abuse. Over the course of his career, he has been extensively involved in the teaching of psychology interns, psychiatry residents, and child and adolescent psychiatry fellows with respect to the impact and treatment of child abuse and related ethical and legal issues.
